Carmen Sauciuc, CHt developed the Creating Ease© Model and founded Creating Ease© Movement, furthering progressive soft-skills development while dismantling self-sabotaging thought-patterns of unhealthy habits and insecurities. She is board certified in NeuroLinguistic Hypnotherapy by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and American Board of NeuroLinguistic Programming, also certified in several complementary modalities, mostly incorporating Ericksonian approach to therapy and coaching.
The core of Ericksonian therapy is the permissiveness between practitioner and the client. While the roles of practitioner and client remain distinct, neither are constricted by strict protocol; rather each are free to explore any ethical direction or possibility, elicited through the process of therapeutic discovery. In this regard, Ericksonian therapy is a perspective of learning, healing, and growth that fosters flexibility in an ongoing adaptive way.
Carmen always had a high degree of self awareness and a great purity of mind. Understanding complex subjects coupled with the capability to break them down to smaller pieces for common sense understanding, comes easy to her. She teaches through motivation and inspiration, passionately inspiring others to increase their well-being.
She has created several innovative mind-body connection techniques (thought-feeling practices©) that are not available in conventional instructional methodologies. Maximizing the use of Neuroplasticity through a state of deeper absorption with a calm focused attention for retaining with the Muscle Memory, she expediently delivers these practical techniques with lasting effects.

A Mensa member and an international best-selling author (Creating Ease, Creating Ease @Work), Carmen professes “all it takes is willingness,” is also a self-taught artist with an unwavering passion for enhanced performance, empowering her audience to nurture well-being in their everyday lives.
Academically trained in Economics and Financial Accounting, her professional endeavors in the corporate world offered opportunities that allowed her to develop systems of automation and increased performance efficiencies. Her motto “work less, accomplish more” coupled with her gained proficiency in streamlining business processes and procedures, enabled her to carry forward this expertise to other areas of life.
With a dedicated passion for Ease, Carmen was able to apply her approach to living systems, to one of the most important bio-systems being that of human behavior. Thus, she became certified by the American board of Hypnotherapy and by the American board of Neurolinguistics.
With a high degree of self awareness from a young age and fascinated by Creation and Consciousness, Carmen Sauciuc passionately embarked on exploring the wider realms of human existence. In her pursuit of ever deeper understanding of life and its underlying energies of creation, she uncovered a ton of hidden gems that ultimately empowered her to teach others how to create EASE in everyday life.
With persistence and determination, she was able to conquer dis-ease and chronic pain, a side-effect of celiac disease. Now, armed with a wealth of pragmatic knowledge, she is eagerly unveiling the underlying energies that are sabotaging our biology at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Her teachings focus on consciously revealing the cycle of energetics affecting wellbeing, by creating a higher degree of awareness. Thought comes second, awareness comes first. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to know how to choose the thoughts that create Ease and then choose the feelings beyond the thoughts. Practicing these chosen thought-feelings result in a significant shift in consciousness, a tangible shift in wisdom for creating ease in everyday life.

Initial consultation can take from 90 min to 120 min to help you establish goals and to learn about what is available to you.
After that, a session can last anywhere from 50 min to 75 min depending on where you are with your progress.
